Financial Services is responsible for overseeing the finances and budget of the Department of Administrative Services. Functions of the section include:
  • Coordinating rate development
  • Calculating rates, fees and assessments
  • Performing financial analysis
  • Develop a price list of goods and services
  • Monitoring budget execution
  • Providing financial reporting and consulting to divisions
  • Preparing Emergency Board requests
  • Preparing the agency's biennial budget
