  • The Oregon Employer Council
    Office Workers By Employers, For Employers
    The Oregon Employer Council is a non-profit organization consisting of 20 local councils across the state. Since 1981, the OEC has given employers a voice in how their tax dollars are used in administering the unemployment insurance and employment service programs. Through low-cost seminars and other events, the OEC provides valuable tools to today's employers.

    HRCI Seal
    OEC produces nearly 100 training sessions each year. Many of OEC's education offerings are approved for continuing education credits in a variety of industries, including Society for Human Resource Management.

    The OEC conference is approved for several hours.
