Wage Detail (Form 132 Only) Reporting for Large Employers
Large employers have a variety of options for reporting their wage detail information.
Employers may choose from the following options:
- Online secure site
- E-mail
- Compact disks
- Floppy diskettes
BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS
To send diskettes or CDs with data in the federal format (MMREF-1) mail them to:
