SALEM – The Oregon Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee will meet Wed., Feb. 1 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Local Government Center, 1201 Court St. NE in Salem. Agenda items include a by-laws update and discussion of possible revisions to committee membership. The committee will also hold a joint meeting with the Transportation Enhancement Committee to discuss a proposed joint application process for Transportation Enhancement and Pedestrian/Bicycle Program funds. That joint meeting is scheduled to begin at 11:15 a.m.
 
All Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee meetings are open to the public. Time will be available at the meeting for committee members to hear public comments. Those who wish to testify are encouraged to sign up on the public comment sheet provided at the meeting. General guidelines: provide written summaries when possible and limit comments to 3 minutes. If you bring written summaries or other materials to the meeting, please provide the chairperson with a copy prior to your testimony.
