The Oregon Transportation Commission will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15, in the Main Hearing Room of the Public Utility Commission, 550 Capitol Street N.E., in Salem.
Items on the agenda include:
- A presentation on the Oregon Highway Plan access management revisions prompted by Senate Bill 264 (2011). This item includes a public hearing on the plan revisions;
- An informational overview of work resulting from the Jobs and Transportation Act and SB 1059 (2010) addressing greenhouse gas emissions reductions from the transportation sector;
- A presentation of the Governor’s Task Force on Veterans Transportation recommendations;
- An informational presentation of the Oregon Freight Advisory Committee 2010 – 2011 Report;
- A report and a panel discussion on ODOT’s Integrated Vegetation Management Program; and
- A presentation on the Flexible Funds Program project selection process, consideration of the list of project recommendations, and a public hearing.
Meetings of the Oregon Transportation Commission are open to the public. Time will be available at the meeting for commissioners to hear public comments.
