| Overview |
|
Cognitive and functional impairments are required to be reported when they reach the following threshold:
- Severe and uncontrollable to a degree that precludes (or may preclude) the safe operation of a motor vehicle, and;
- The impairment is not correctable by medication, therapy, or surgery; or by driving device or technique.
Functional impairments required to be reported:
- Vision
- Peripheral Sensation of Extremities
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Motor Planning and Coordination
Cognitive impairments required to be reported:
- Attention
- Judgment and Problem Solving
- Reaction Time
- Planning and Sequencing
- Impulsivity
- Visio-Spatial
- Memory
- Loss of Consciousness or Control
