The Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division (DMV), is a branch of the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). Our mission is to promote driver safety, protect financial and ownership interests in vehicles, provide driver licenses and identification cards for Oregon residents and to collect revenue for Oregon's roads.

DMV central support staff may be contacted from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, excluding statewide and holiday closures. Hours of operation may vary in certain office locations.
