Your customer number must be called by 11:30 AM prior to lunch or 4:00 PM prior to closure in order to take the test.
Note: No one is allowed to accompany a customer into the testing area while a knowledge test is being taken except for interpreters.

Drive tests are by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call (541) 469-2441.
Note: If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be cancelled or traction devices may be required. Please check the Special Notices or confirm your drive test by calling the phone number above.

Going North
- Heading Northbound into Brookings on OR-101, turn LEFT on Hoeffeldt Ln/Shopping Center Ave.
- Turn RIGHT (North) almost immediately on Shopping Center Ave.
- Continue North on Shopping Center Ave.
- Follow the signs to the Brookings-Harbor Shopping Center, which will be on the Right-hand side of Shopping Center Ave just before it ends at Lower Harbor Rd.
- The DMV office is located in the far Left-hand corner of the shopping center.
Going South
- Heading Southbound into Brookings on OR-101, cross the Chetco River Bridge then turn RIGHT (West) on Lower Harbor Rd at the first traffic signal.
- Travel about a block on Lower Harbor Rd.
- Turn LEFT (South) on Shopping Center Ave.
- Follow the signs to the Brookings-Harbor Shopping Center.
- The shopping center will be on the Left-hand side of Shopping Center Ave within the first few blocks.
- The DMV office is located in the far Left-hand corner of the shopping center.
