Going South (From I-5):
- From Southbound I-5, take the Beltline Hwy West exit (Exit 195)
- Continue West on Beltline Hwy to the Delta Hwy.
- Take the Delta Hwy South exit.
- Continue South on the Delta Hwy to the second Valley River exit.
- Take the second Valley River exit.
- At the end of the off-ramp, turn RIGHT (West) on Valley River Rd.
- Continue West for about a block.
- Turn LEFT (South) into the Valley River Shopping Center.
- The DMV office is located inside the Valley River Shopping Center, on the 2nd floor behind London Hair (check the mall directory for more details).
Going North (From I-5):
- From Northbound I-5, take the OR-105 West exit (Exit 194B).
- Continue West on I-105 to the Delta Hwy.
- Take the Delta Hwy North exit (Exit 1).
- Continue North on the Delta Hwy to the first exit, which is Valley River.
- Take the Valley River exit.
- At the end of the off-ramp, merge onto Westbound Valley River Rd.
- Continue West on Valley River Rd past the Delta Hwy and Valley River Way.
- Turn LEFT (South) into the Valley River Shopping Center.
- The DMV office is located inside the Valley River Shopping Center, on the 2nd floor behind London Hair (check the mall directory for more details).
Going East
- Travel East on the Beltline Hwy to the Delta Hwy.
- Take the Delta Hwy South exit.
- Continue South on the Delta Hwy to the second Valley River exit.
- Take the second Valley River exit.
- At the end of the off-ramp, turn RIGHT (West) on Valley River Rd.
- Turn LEFT (South) into the Valley River Shopping Center.

Going West
- Travel West on OR-126 through Eugene.
- At I-5, Westbound OR-126 merges with I-105.
- Continue West on I-105 to the Delta Hwy exit.
- Take the Delta Hwy North exit (Exit 1).
- Continue North on the Delta Hwy to the first exit, which is Valley River.
- Take the Valley River exit.
- At the end of the off-ramp, merge onto Westbound Valley River Rd.
- Continue West on Valley River Rd past the Delta Hwy and Valley River Way.
- Turn LEFT (South) into the Valley River Shopping Center.
- The DMV office is located inside the Valley River Shopping Center, on the 2nd floor behind London Hair (check the mall directory for more details).
