Passenger Vehicles
To replace passenger vehicle license plates and stickers that have been lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise damaged, or to replace stickers that have been removed by an Oregondealer or tower:

Passenger Vehicles
- The fee for replacing passenger vehicle license plates and stickers with the same kind of plates before the normal renewal period (120 days or more prior to the date of the registration’s expiration) is $33 ($23 plate fee and $10 replacement fee).
- The fee for replacing passenger vehicle license plates with the same kinds of plates at renewal (this can be done up to 120 days before the date the registration expires) is $28 ($23 plate fee plus a $5 replacement fee) plus the regular renewal fee.
- The fee for replacing year stickers only is $10.
- There is no fee for replacing a month sticker.

| Changing to a Different Plate |
