Information collected by the Real Estate Agency during the examination process may be released under Oregon's public records laws. The Agency posts the Eligibility Letter Report and Exam Pass Report on this website.
The Eligibility Letter Report is a list of applicants who were issued Eligibility Letters. The Eligibility Letter enables the applicant to contact PSI, the Agency's exam service provider, directly to schedule an exam appointment.
The Exam Pass Report is a list of applicants who pass a license or reactivation examination.

Please note: If you are an exam applicant, you may submit a written request to the Agency to not disclose your name and address. The request must demonstrate to the Agency's satisfaction that your personal safety, or the personal safety of a family member residing with you, is in danger if your address is available for public inspection. Please review ORS 192.445 and OAR 137-004-0800 regarding the process to request a public records personal safety exemption.
